Crafting Bespoke Live Art Experiences for Corporate Events
Luxury is often found in the details.
We were thrilled to be part of the Singapore showcase of the Lotus Evija, where we had the opportunity to create a bespoke live product personalisation experience inspired by the brand’s philosophy. Rather than simply presenting guests with a branded keepsake, we invited them to become part of the creative process.
What is experiential marketing?
Experiential marketing is about creating meaningful interactions between a brand and its audience. Instead of simply promoting a product, it invites people to participate in an experience that is memorable, personal and engaging.
At Bycraft, we believe live art naturally creates these moments.
Whether guests are watching an illustration come to life, selecting colours for their personalised artwork or receiving a handcrafted keepsake, they become active participants rather than passive attendees.
Personalisation Beyond the Product
The Lotus Evija is more than a hypercar, it’s designed to be deeply personal. From bespoke finishes to custom detailing, owners have the opportunity to create a car that reflects their own identity. That idea resonated strongly with us.
For the event, we created a custom line art illustration of the Lotus Evija ahead of the launch. During the showcase, guests were invited to personalise their own artwork by selecting their preferred vehicle colour.
Each illustration was then hand-painted live and finished with their initials in calligraphy, transforming it into a one-of-a-kind keepsake.
It's not just a branded giveaway. It became something they had helped create.
Where Craftsmanship Meets Human Connection
One thing we’ve always admired about luxury brands is their commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Those are values we share at Bycraft.
Whether we’re painting a wedding portrait or creating a live brand activation, we believe every detail matters from the first conversation to the final brushstroke. Watching guests pause, choose their colours, chat with our artists and return later to collect their finished artwork reminded us that meaningful experiences are often found in these quiet moments of interaction.

Inspired by a Philosophy of Thoughtful Design
One thing that resonated with us while preparing for the Lotus Evija showcase was the brand’s long-standing philosophy. Lotus founder Colin Chapman famously said,
“Simplify, then add lightness.”
While the quote was originally about automotive engineering, we couldn’t help but see a similar philosophy in the way we approach our own work.
At Bycraft, we believe meaningful experiences don’t need to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s the simplest moments that leave the greatest impression, a guest choosing the colour of their artwork, watching each brushstroke come to life, or seeing their initials carefully hand-lettered onto a keepsake.
Those small, thoughtful details transformed a printed illustration into something uniquely personal.
It’s a reminder that whether we’re creating art for a wedding or a luxury product launch, craftsmanship isn’t just about the finished piece. It’s about the experience of creating something that feels personal, intentional and memorable.

Craftsmanship. Personalisation. Human connection.
These were the values that resonated with us while creating the live product personalisation experience for the Lotus Evija showcase.
