Before the Wedding
- You can reach out to us via WhatsApp or email to discuss your wedding date, guest count, and vision.
- We’ll reply promptly with availability, package options, and recommendations that best suit your celebration.
- Once confirmed, we’ll work on your custom template design and work with your timing so the live painting integrates smoothly with your wedding schedule.
On the Wedding Day
- Weiying (or my small team) will set up an elegant, unobtrusive station, usually during cocktail hour or the reception.
- Guests are gently invited to have a quick reference photo taken. We have an onsite assistant to interact and take photo of your guests.
- Each portrait is then painted live in soft watercolor, taking roughly 5–8 minutes per guest depending on the style you choose and the details of the outfit.
- You can opt for digital keepsake add on where we will scan all the portraits and make it into a digital collage after the event.
- The experience is calm, interactive, and adds a quiet artistic touch without disrupting the flow of your day.
- There's also an option to add on a content video reel where we will have a mobile videographer to capture the whole experience and guest reactions. A little memory that you can rewatch and post on your feed!

After the Wedding
- Finished portraits are either handed to guests on the day or carefully packaged and delivered shortly after.
- Many couples also choose to include a small live abstract collaborative canvas as an additional artistic element.

Couples can choose to extent live hours onsite during the wedding, or opt for post-event studio portraits — where we take reference photos on the day and deliver beautifully finished pieces afterward (perfect for thank-you cards or keepsakes).
