OVERVIEW
This website is operated by By Craft Room (“Bycraft”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to By Craft Room. By accessing our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS 
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Certain products or services may only be available online through our website. We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the exact colors of the artwork. All products, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOM ARTWORK ORDERS

  • Custom artworks are created based on reference materials provided by the client.
  • Each artwork is created according to the artist’s interpretation and artistic style.
  • Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise stated.
  • Once work has started, custom artwork orders are non-refundable.

SECTION 4 - LIVE EVENT BOOKINGS

For live event sketching services:

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the event date.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event.
  • The retainer confirms the booking and reserves the artist’s time for the event.
  • If the lead artist becomes unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a replacement artist from our trusted network to ensure the service proceeds as planned.
  • Changes to the event date, time, or location should be communicated as early as possible and are subject to availability.


SECTION 5 - ORDER & BILLING INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and contact information when placing an order.

SECTION 6 - PORTFOLIO & MARKETING USE
Bycraft may photograph and share completed artwork and event photography or videography for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS 
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party websites.

SECTION 8 - CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
