Watercolor Medium
I sketch and paint with quality watercolor paints on 300gsm paper. Final artwork is coated with a layer of varnish for extra protection.
Digital illustrations
I illustrate using an Apple iPad Pro and pen. Prints are printed on high-quality photo paper that are made to last.
Our portrait illustrations are drawn with reference to the photo(s) provided.
Choose a photo that clearly shows the facial features of the individual. High-res photos are recommended but mobile photos are fine as well. Please do not send selfies, photos with filter etc.

We take about 7 - 10 days to complete the drawing depending on the gift item you have ordered. You have the option to top up for rush fee to skip the queue!

No. Each custom order is drawn from sketching to coloring at once. We do not provide any updates on progress or revisions to the drawing.
Rest assured that we do our best to ensure you are satisfied with the work. You will be able to see the actual beauty of color and texture of the artwork when it is delivered to you.
Refunds and returns are generally not available as this is a drawing service.

The time to complete each piece depends on the style you choose. Our portraits typically take 3–8 minutes per guest, with simpler line-art or minimal styles on the faster end, and more detailed watercolor or digital-mixed styles taking a little longer. This allows for quality artwork while keeping the experience engaging and interactive for your guests.
Yes! For larger weddings or corporate events, I can bring in trusted live artists from my network to work alongside me. This ensures a smooth flow and that all guests have the opportunity to enjoy the live art experience without compromising quality. Additional artists are available as an add-on, and we can discuss the optimal number based on your guest count.
We provide free tracked shipping for local Singapore orders over $100. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email that will notify you of the carrier and the track and trace number.
Order Arrival
Our arrival times are an estimate and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner. If you are not home when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where to find it. It might be stored in a safe place or you will receive details on how to pick it up or rearrange delivery.
